Our Team

ATTORNEYS:
	David P. Schwarz David Schwarz received his Law degree from Western State University, and his Bachelor’s degree from UCLA. Mr. Schwarz’s areas of concentration are Family Law and Criminal Defense. Mr. Schwarz has been a part of some of the more prestigious law offices in the Orange County area.
	Houman Fakhimi Mr. Fakhimi is a graduate of Whittier Law School and University of California, Irvine, with Honors and his main area of practice is trial work, specifically criminal defense trials. Mr. Fakhimi also oversees all of the litigation files in the office, and brings a degree of care and attention to the field that is worthy of his noble profession. STAFF:
	Jesse Jesse is the Legal Assistant whose contribution to our office is invaluable. Our office also employs two Law Clerks who are generally second year law students. The Law Clerks help attorneys with legal research.
